Wow Wow Wubbzy – The Background

Wow Wow Wubbzy Party Supplies are based on Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!, an American animated television series. The series is created on Adobe Illustrator and animated in Adobe Flash software and the animation is produced by Film Roman. The series is created by Bob Boyle and produced by Bolder Media and Starz Media. The executive producers of the show are Bob Boyle, Phil Roman, Susan Miller and Fred Seibert. David Sandford is the technical director. The musical score is composed and conducted by Mike Reagan and the pop rock music is performed by Brad Mossman.

Wow Wow Wubbzy – The Characters

Wubbzy is the 6-year-old bandicoot with a long bendy tail. His tail has many uses like, hanging from trees with it and coiling it into a spring to bounce on. Wubbzy lives in the city of Wuzzleburg. “Wow Wow, everyone!” is his favorite phrase and he uses it often to greet people. He can often be very annoying. He loves playing outside and Kickity kick ball is his favorite sport. He often gets into trouble and his friends have to rescue him. His best friends are Widget, Walden, and Daizy. Wubbzy is voiced by Grey DeLisle. Wow Wow Wubbzy Party Supplies are based on this very character.

Widget is a 16-year-old pink rabbit and one of Wubbzy’s friends. She speaks with a southern accent. She is a mechanic and likes to build and invent things. She can make machines perform virtually any task or solve any problem. She has created a various robots, and most of them have their names with 3000 at the end. She has created a giant robotic chicken called Robo-Cluck 3000 that can lay one hundred eggs a minute. A wiggle-wrench is her favorite tool; she uses it to adjust large pentagonal bolts. When she comes across a problem, she shouts “No problamo!” and either uses a machine that she has designed earlier for the very same problem or starts making a new machine to solve the problem. The problem is, most of the times, her machine malfunctions, and when it does, she utters, “That’s not supposed to happen”. She never talks to the audience. She wears a white undershirt and pink overalls with a pink heart. Widget is voiced by Lara Jill Miller.

Walden is another of Wubbzy’s friends who is a 14-year-old purple bear. He is nerdy and extremely intelligent. He spends most of his time in his library. He is interested in science, math, astronomy, music and art. He plays a hoopty-horn and loves to bake marshmallow lasagna. He wears a polka-dotted T-shirt, black glasses with blue lens and a neck tie. When there is a need to say “yes”, he often says “Yes Yes Yes!” He also says “No no No” instead of just “no”. He says “My My My”, “Great Wall of China!”, “Great Rings of Saturn!”, “Great Balls of Fire!”, “Great Ceasar’s Ghost!” and “Great hills of Wuzzle!” Walden is the third character to break the fourth wall. He is voiced by Carlos Alazraqui.

Daizy is a 5-year-old dog who lives next door to Wubbzy. She is aqua green in color. Daizy is the newest friend of Wubbzy and is as annoying as he. She has long eyelashes and her lilac hair is pinned into her long ears. She wears a pink ballerina outfit and often walks on her tiptoes like a ballerina. She sports pink bow on top of her hair. She loves dancing ballet. She also loves playing tea party with her dolls and growing flowers in her garden. She often exclaims “Lavender Lollipops!” when something exciting or odd happens. Daizy is the second character to break the fourth wall. She is voiced by Tara Strong.
