Shopkins Party Supplies: Fantastic for Your Little Girl!

My daughter fell in love with Shopkins cartoons and toys this last year so it was obvious that she had a few of the toys on her birthday wish list. I bought her the Collectors Case and the Cupcake Queen Café but it wasn’t until I saw some of the party supplies in a store that I became ecstatic. I knew my daughter Chelsea would be so happy if we threw her a whole party with Shopkins Party Supplies.

The first problem was that the store was selling everything individually and the prices were outrageous. Today being the age of technology of course, I looked for it online. What I found was amazing, the entire ultimate collection plus I put Chelsea’s name on everything for just a bit more. It was totally worth the money and around $100 savings from buying everything individually in a store. That kind of savings I could learn to love immediately.

I was over joyed when it arrived three days before her birthday when shipping stated it would be there the day before or the morning of the party. Worrying about setting everything else up before the party supplies went right out the window and I couldn’t have been happier. What’s more, everything was in the box. There were no missing cups, plates, balloons or anything. That alone was a great surprise, especially with the way ordering some things can become more than a couple of hours on the phone because of missing items.

We filled the house the night before so she could wake up as if it was Christmas morning. The walls were showing the decals, the table was full of Shopkins party supplies plates, cups, and ornaments, and the piñata was already hanging in the garage. There were crayons and coloring books, lip-gloss and lollipops, and even cute boxes to fill and pass everything around in. Oh, and I couldn’t forget the cupcake ornaments, those were like a magic touch to make them beautiful. All the kids had such fun playing and running around with their party favors, our Facebook filled up with photos throughout the day.

The major struggle I had was actually using everything that came in the box. I may have needed to buy the smaller package looking back now, because my party wasn’t that large. Nevertheless, there were things in the ultimate I would have to buy individually that I knew she would have loved, so I couldn’t miss out. Now we have extra plates, cups, and napkins, but hey, we can use those on a regular basis. If you have a small party, but cannot miss some of the extras, the ultimate is the one to buy for the price. Otherwise, the deluxe should be fine for any smaller party, but I wouldn’t go lower than that.

Even though it was more than we needed, the Shopkins party supplies were exactly what we needed. The party was a hit, Chelsea was happy that she had a great party, and when she opened her presents that matched the entire atmosphere her smiles were from ear to ear.
