A Bit of Minions with Minions Despicable Me Party Supplies!

My two-year-old Chloe is stuck on two things, Blah-Blah-Blah from Hotel Transylvania 2 and the Minions (from anything Despicable Me and Minions movies). Everything she has in her room and closet has something to do with these two cartoons so we, of course, had to have a birthday party for her with either of these two themes. Chloe is one smart cookie, only two and already developing a little “her” type of personality. Of course, two is the age where you try to cut out demanding little girls habits, but with these two things, we see her smile instead of demand or cry for them. In that case, we searched for Hotel Transylvania themes, and unfortunately, we didn’t find anything complete at the time. So we went with the Minions Despicable Me party supplies. Because it was the only party supplies pack complete with everything that we could find we went with purchasing the pack. However, it was a great decision in the end.

The pack came with square minions plates, minions cups, table cover; party straws with minions on them, minions foil balloon, minions giant balloon, and minions happy birthday banner. Who could ask for more minions stuff in a party? We filled up the entire house with minions and we bought a huge minion we found at a Costco. If someone asked what theme we were using we probably would have looked at him or her quite dumbfounded. The decorations were extremely durable, great quality is the only thing to come to mind. There were also yellow candles and yellow activity mats, both things I didn’t see in the original ad. Which I didn’t mind because we had forgotten to buy new candles and would have used the same candles as the year before, but the yellow ones fit everything there.

We had little minions running around wearing minions paper goggles, and all the kids did were jump up and act like minions. The most famous thing of the day was acting like the minions at the beginning of the movies, where they would act like THX or whatever sound studio they had there. They would say, “wuuuuuuh,” or whatever and fall down on their face (fake fall) just like the minions did.

The piñata was great adding the fact that it was pull string. These little girls could swing on it a few times, but if they tried to break it, we would have been there all night. However, it was a great 3D minion and they were somewhat sad when we said they need to break it to get inside him. We just laughed at how cute they were sad that the minion needed to be broken and opened. Yet, candy wins every time and they were okay with it once they knew the minion had toys and sweets inside.

Above all, if you have a minions fan, the Minions Despicable Me party supplies is well worth it. Every kid would love to play with all the cool things that came with it.
