He died during the production of the film. The film is based on the book, The Jungle Book, written by Rudyard Kipling. Jungle Book Party Supplies are also based on The Jungle Book film and book.

In the deep jungles of Madhya Pradesh, India, a young orphan boy named Mowgli is found in a basket. A black panther named Bagheera discovers the baby. He takes him to a mother Indian Wolf. She has just had cubs and she happily raises him along with her own cubs. Gradually, Mowgli becomes well acquainted with jungle life. Ten years later, Mowgli plays with his wolf siblings.

Shere Khan is a man-eating Bengal tiger. He had left the jungle, but now he has returned. When the wolf tribe learns about it, they realize that Mowgli is in danger. They decide to take him to the “man village”. It is decided that Bagheera would escort him back. They start for the “man village” in the same night, but Mowgli wants to stay in the jungle. When they are resting in a tree for the night, an Indian Python named Kaa comes there. He hypnotizes Mowgli into a deep sleep and traps him in his coils. As he is trying to consume him, Bagheera intervenes and saves Mowgli.

In the morning, Mowgli joins the elephant group led by Colonel Hathi. Bagheera locates Mowgli and they argue with each other and in the end Bagheera leaves Mowgli on his own. Mowgli meets sloth bear Baloo who is a laid-back, fun-loving bear. He teaches Mowgli how to have the fun of having a care-free life. He promises Mowgli that he would raise him himself and would never send him to the Man-Village. Mowgli decides to stay in the jungle.

After some time, a gang of monkeys trick Baloo and kidnap Mowgli. They take him to their leader, an orangutan named King Louie. He makes a deal with Mowgli that he would let him stay in the jungle if he tells him how to create fire like the humans. But the problem is that because Mowgli was not raised by humans, he himself does not know how to make fire. Mowgli is saved by Bagheera and Baloo and in the precess they demolishe King Louie’s palace to rubble.

That night, Bagheera has a chat with Baloo and convinces him that Mowgli would never be safe in the jungle as long as Shere Khan is there. Next morning, when Baloo tells Mowgli that the man village would be the best for him, Mowgli gets angry, accuses Baloo of breaking his promise, and sprints away. Baloo starts searching for Mowgli on foot. Bagheera makes a search party with the help of Hathi and his patrol.

Meanwhile, Shere Khan has heard the conversation between Bagheera and Hathi. He is determind to kill Mowgli. While running, Mowgli meets Kaa once again. The hungry python wants to take revenge on him. He hypnotizes Mowgli once again and tries to devour him. But Shere Khan intervenes and Mowgli awakens. He escapes by tricking the snake again.

Meanwhile, a storm is gathering. Mowgli is quite depressed. He meets some vultures who are puckish but friendly and look like The Beatles. They are also outcasts but they feel that everyone should have friends. They agree to be his friends. But, later, Shere Khan comes there. He scares off the Vultures and confronts Mowgli. Baloo rushes to the rescue of Mowgli and is injured while trying to keep Shere Khan away. A lightning strikes a nearby tree and as it starts burning, the vultures come in and distract Shere Khan. Mowgli collects burning branches and ties them to Shere Khan’s tail. As Shere Khan is afraid only of fire, he panics and runs off.

Mowgli, along with Bagheera and Baloo reach to the edge of the Man-Village, but he still does not want to go there. But he changes his mind when he sees a beautiful young girl from the village. While coming down by the riverside to fetch water, she notices Mowgli, and drops her water pot “accidentally”. Mowgli picks it up and follows her into the man village. Now Mowgli decides to stay in the man village and Baloo and Bagheera head home. They are happy that Mowgli is safe and happy with humans.

You may select Basic Party Pack from our Jungle Book Party Supplies which includes all the stuff you need for 8 guests. Or you may go with the Deluxe Party Pack from our Jungle Book Party Supplies that has much more items than the Jungle Book Basic Pack. The Jungle Book deluxe pack is also for 8 guests. If you need favor boxes as well, I would suggest you to choose the combination of Deluxe Party Pack & 8 Favor Boxes from our Jungle Book Party Supplies as it would cost you much more if you purchase them separately.
