Blaze and the Monster Machines Party Supplies are Over the Top!
When you have a preschooler like mine that cannot stop watching this Nick Jr. Cartoon, there is no way you can pass up a birthday that makes him smile with Blaze and the Monster Machines Party Supplies. Besides the fact that Blaze and the Monster Machines is highly educational, it is also fitting for a boy his age instead of trying to push older characters on him so young. It is one of the reasons why I am a Nick Jr. advocate.
I have to say that I went with the ultimate package for this party, since we had quite a large party, but it may be a bit much for smaller parties. I still wouldn’t miss out on the party favors for any reason. Everything in this kit is unique and fun enough for some parents to want to play with the kids’ party favors. The most memorable were the black slime and splat rocks, outside toys if we ever saw any. The moment I pulled those out of the box and figured out what they were, I immediately moved all my ideas to the porch and carport. There was no way I was going to be cleaning black slime off my carpet.
Our living room and kitchen is side by side so the table was set with all the great ornaments and plates while I put the racetrack from the door to the table. With carpet and tile being in the line of fire, that racetrack was great to keep messes minimal. Although the after party cleanup still needed attention, it could have been worse. Blaze and the Monster Machines Party Supplies were to blame, but I still love it.
Swinging sticks and bam, bam, bam, goes the sugar rush when they busted open the piñata. I was surprised from the quality of the piñata, from the photo I pinned it as one of the cheaper ones and figured it comes with the territory. When I saw it in the box and put it up I knew it was better than I thought, but giving the kids something to play with for a good 20 minutes was more than I could ask for. They had a blast, and we had a stream of little “Flash” kids after they picked up their candy and started in on the sugar. That is what birthday parties are all about though, just make sure to have them brush their teeth real well that night.
I want to say that there is so much candy and toys in this package that outside of the presents, this is the only thing you need to buy to make an entire birthday party go well. I don’t think we were lacking in anything, too bad it didn’t come with food and drinks, but who wants that delivered in a box anyway?
My verdict? Blaze and the Monster Machines party supplies will give any boy’s party the kick it needs to create great memories and huge smiles. The quality was perfect, the kit has everything you need, and the only advice left is to keep the kids outside with the party favors. No black cleanup and no broken nick knacks in the house.
